1. ABOUT G-13
“G-13” is a trading brand operated by G13 Clothing Ltd.
Our online store is hosted using Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, delivery, fulfilment, analytics and marketing.
2. USING OUR WEBSITE
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- attempt unauthorised access to the website or associated systems;
- introduce viruses or malicious software;
- interfere with the normal operation of the website;
- use automated systems to scrape or reproduce substantial amounts of website content without permission; or
- use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
3. PRODUCTS
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, specifications and sizing information are accurate.
However:
- colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting and display settings;
- individual finishes may vary where washing, dyeing or manufacturing processes create natural variations; and
- measurements and sizing information are guides unless expressly stated otherwise.
Please review product information and size guidance before ordering.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products are subject to availability.
An item appearing on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available until an order is completed.
If stock information is incorrect and we are unable to supply an item after an order has been placed, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for the unavailable item.
5. ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.
We may refuse or cancel an order where, for example:
- an item is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- incorrect information has been supplied;
- there is an obvious pricing or listing error;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or
- we cannot fulfil the order to the supplied address.
Where payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.
6. PRICES
Prices are displayed on the website in the applicable store currency.
The price charged will normally be the price displayed at checkout when you place your order.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
Delivery costs are displayed separately where applicable.
7. PAYMENT
Payment must be made using a payment method offered at checkout.
Payment processing is provided by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their security procedures and terms.
Your order may be subject to fraud-prevention or payment-verification checks.
8. DELIVERY
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated timings are shown at checkout and/or described in our Shipping Policy.
Unless otherwise agreed with you, applicable consumer-law delivery requirements continue to apply.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, although this does not remove any rights you have under consumer law.
9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by authorities in the destination country.
Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, the customer is responsible for them.
10. PRE-ORDERS
Where a product is offered as a pre-order, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page together with an estimated dispatch period.
Normal in-stock dispatch estimates do not apply to pre-orders.
If a pre-order is materially delayed, we will provide appropriate information and any cancellation or refund rights required by law.
11. CANCELLATION RIGHTS
For eligible online purchases, UK consumers generally have the right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Certain statutory exceptions may apply.
12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for our return procedure.
Nothing in that policy or these Terms affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described, unsatisfactory or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
13. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotions may be subject to additional terms displayed with the offer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes:
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot be retrospectively applied to completed orders;
- may not be used in conjunction with another promotion;
- may apply only to specified products or customers; and
- may be withdrawn before an eligible order has been placed.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the G-13 name, branding, original product imagery, graphics, designs, written content and other original material on the website are owned by G13 Clothing Ltd or used with appropriate permission.
They may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.
15. CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you send or submit photographs, reviews or other content to us, this does not automatically transfer ownership of your content to G13 Clothing Ltd.
Where we want to use customer-created content for marketing beyond the purpose for which it was submitted, we may seek appropriate permission.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites that we do not control.
17. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these Terms affects liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The Terms applying to a particular purchase will normally be those in force when the order was placed, except where a change is required by law.

If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK or another jurisdiction, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rights that apply to you.
