RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive the product. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
REFUND POLICY
We accept refunds within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be in its original condition and not damaged at all. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

• Photos of the item in its original condition • Photos of any damage, if applicable • Any relevant details from your original shipping label
We will review your request within 7 business days. If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (subject to size availability). Please contact us via Instagram (@g13.ldn) or email (sales@g-13.store) for assistance.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Customers must pay for shipping to the return address: 32 Germain Street, HP5 1LH, Chesham, United Kingdom. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
